Compliance

A player activity statement your compliance team can stand behind

Regulators increasingly expect operators to show players their own activity and to prompt them to review it. SlotClarity gives you the destination page, the reminders and the evidence of engagement, with cautious defaults.

Not legal advice. The notes below describe how our features relate to each market's published expectations, as we understand them. They help you meet obligations; they do not guarantee compliance, and rules change. Always confirm with your regulator, your licence conditions and your counsel.

Market by market

United Kingdom UKGC

RTS 12D (in force since 31 October 2025) requires operators to prompt customers, at least every six months, to review their account and transaction information, with customer-settable reminders and monitoring of engagement.

  • The panel is a ready destination for the RTS 12D account-review prompt: a player activity statement with monthly and yearly views.
  • The impact report counts how many players open their stats, which supports monitoring of engagement.
  • Players choose their own reality-check interval; a Stop now button asks for a 24-hour pause.
  • The casino board is blocked in the UK. Default help line: GamCare.

Ontario, Canada AGCO / iGO

AGCO Registrar's Standards 2.21 and 3.15 relate to giving players information about their play, such as session net position and play history, and to reality-check style reminders. Check the current text of each standard for the exact wording.

  • Net result per session and across periods, with full session and play history and CSV export for the player.
  • Reality-check bar with Take a break and Keep playing choices; limits usage shown from round data.
  • Operator-supplier registration is a separate matter for us as a supplier; see the note below.

Netherlands Ksa

The duty of care (zorgplicht) expects operators to monitor play and intervene early. Players should be able to see and control their own play.

  • Safer gambling indicators with evidence, for human review by your team.
  • Player-set plans, break requests and a monthly spend check against actual results.
  • Dutch interface (nl). Default help: Loket Kansspel.

Sweden Spelinspektionen

Licensees must follow up on play and give players tools for limits and breaks, and a clear route to help.

  • Limits usage, play plan and break tools with the break event sent to your platform.
  • Help line shown on every screen. Default help: Stödlinjen.
  • Swedish text is not yet shipped; the widget currently covers EN, FR, ES, DE and NL.

Germany GGL

The State Treaty on Gambling puts weight on player protection and information, including limits and a clear picture of one's own play.

  • Player-facing activity statement with limits usage, in German (de).
  • The casino board is blocked; patterns are labelled as history and never as prediction.
  • Default help: BZgA / Check dein Spiel.

Spain DGOJ

Licensed operators are expected to offer safer gambling tools and keep players informed about their own play.

  • Spanish interface (es) with activity statement, reality checks and break tools.
  • Conservative defaults for anything that could be read as encouraging play.
  • Default help: Jugar Bien.

Curaçao CGA

The reformed Curaçao licensing regime brings responsible gambling and player-protection obligations to a wider set of operators, including many crypto brands.

  • The same player panel and tools can be used with the "other" jurisdiction setting and your own help line.
  • Useful evidence for operators that want to show a visible commitment to safer play.

Safeguards built into the product

No predictions

Patterns are labelled as history. Every RTP figure comes with its normal range and a reminder that spins are independent.

No gamification

No achievements, streaks or rewards. Many safer gambling frameworks treat these as conflicting with their aims.

Board off by default

Ranking games by payout can read as encouragement to play, so it is blocked in all regulated markets we list.

Careful RTP wording

"Within expected range" appears only after 100,000 effective spins by default. The "Payout verified" badge shows only for games that pass the integrity test.

Indicators for people, not labels

Risk indicators are prompts for human review and are never shown to players as labels. Vendor risk scores can sit beside ours.

Help always visible

Every player screen carries a help link. If you have not set one, the official service for your market is used.

Supplier registration. Several regulators require suppliers that touch gambling data to be registered or licensed. Which route applies to SlotClarity depends on the market and on how the service is classified. We will confirm this with counsel for each market before working with a licensee there, and we will tell you what we hold.

Try it with sample data

Create a test casino, watch the player panel update from sample rounds and paste a few of your own rounds into the data checker. No card and no personal data needed.
